Enon Fall Celebration was a Hit!

Enon Fall Celebration

There was great fun had by all on Saturday, October 6 as Enon gathered at the Fall Celebration.  The evening started with a harvest party for the children where they painted pumpkins and played games.

Shortly after the the harvest party, the crowd gathered in for what some may consider the highlight of the evening.  The winner of the “Kiss a Pig” fundraiser was Genie Heldt.  Many people showed up just to see her pucker up her lips in excitement and put a big wet kiss on the nose of the Pig.

Pastor Tammy felt left out and jumped in for a little smooch action herself!  A big thank you goes out to everyone who participated in the fundraiser.  Enon Children’s ministry was able to raise a significant portion of the money needed to fund a new playground set for our kids.

The rest of the evening was filled with food, fun, and fellowship.  Some roasted hot dogs, others played corn hole, and many simply sat around the fire chatting with family and friends.  A good evening was had by all.  The event closed as people loaded up on the wagon and went for a nice hay ride.
